My husband Nate and I picked up our yellow lab puppy from you a few months ago (born in August). We named him Dawson. Nate also got his 10 year old yellow lab from you (Judah). Both these dogs have such an amazing temperament.
I did not grow up with pets so I wasn't 100% on board with wanting a puppy. My husband is great at training and combined with how the pup was raised until we got him, it makes for an awesome dog. Gosh we love him!
I just wanted to say thank you! I will recommend you to anyone looking for a lab. See attached side-by-side pic of our little guy, Dawson, back when we first got him and then a picture from just this week!

Hi Dave, I bought a chocolate Lab from you last March. ( I work at the milw. Athletic club ). Well my hunting season is coming to an end. For one my freezers are full and 2nd my wife said so. I just have to tell you how this soon to be 1 year old on christmas day did. I was worried in July, even called you that I was affraid he was gun shy. You said patience which is the true answer. My dog Dakota now cant wait to hear the shot of a gun. He trained very easy. He is truly the perfect hunting partner. In October I took him to N. Dakota with my hunting friends. He easily retrieved 40 to 50 ducks. Some so deep into cattails I thought I lost him, but no he soon came out with a duck. I spent my trip happily getting other hunters ducks with Dakota. They were so amazed at his eagerness to go after the ducks at only 10 months old. He is also the perfect pet for the kids, easy to walk. I have him hand and whistle trained again was ohmost simple. I just dont know how to thank you !!! You do have top of the line hunting dogs.I had zero bird losses in WI. duck and goose hunting.

My husband and I wanted to thank you for our Vizsla Scout. He has been such a joy to have around, and is growing up to be a very handsome dog. We bought a Vizsla puppy from you in May I think...we were one of two people from Waupun to get the last two puppies if you remember??? Well we got a female and named her Copper...my husband wanted you to know that he is amazed at the hunting skills this dog has..... at 7 months old she has retrieved 40 pheasants with no losses!!! He belongs to a Pheasant Club so all but 4 were from there.... the last 4 were from the weekend....she is awesome!!!! The last time I went along to see Copper at work... she was on point..my husband could lift her up by her tail and move her around and she would not come off point... so thank you for a wonderful dog!!! Well today my son and I went to a hunting preseve with Trixie; we left Rex at home because I wanted to know how Trixie reacted with the birds by herself. And I have to say, that she is a great hunter! We got about 5 pheasants today, which was really awesome! I just want to thank you and Dave, for the great training you gave her. It turned out that she is a natural! Now, Rex and Trixie are going to be great hunting partners! Lol. They are wonderful hunters. Here are some pictures of Trixie. Thank you.
